Welcome to Apartment A Tropicana

Lovely 2 bedroom air Conditioned Spanish holiday apartmento Tropicana, occupying a position, nestling where the mountains meet the sea, and overlooking, the blue Mediterranean, in Nerja, the most beautiful place on the Magnificent Costa Del Sol. The Apartment has a free internet WIFI connection.

The entrance to this very well-maintained and immaculate apartment is via a small set of steps straight from one of the pretty Tropicana walkways, where bougainvillaea trees, when in blossom, delight the eye.

Air conditioning:

There is air conditioning throughout the property and also ceiling fans if that is your preference

The apartment is very modern light with an airy feel about. It and is furnished to a very stylish and high standard.

Lounge:

There is a good sized lounge with 2 comfortable chairs a sofa bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is a flat screen satellite TV in the lounge consisting of many channels, including all the UK sport news and film channels.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is very modern and well equipped with granite work surfaces and everything you need, including fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc etc.

Bedrooms:

There are 2 lovely bedrooms one double and one twin and both are equipped with very modern and spacious wardrobes and bedroom furniture. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms.

Bathroom:

The 2 bedroom air Conditioned apartment also has a lovely bathroom with a modern shower.

Tropicana Community Pool and Restaurant:

The beautiful community pool is reserved for the exclusive use of the residents of Tropicana and its small community and therefore never crowded and is a short walk from the front door of the villa. Here there is also a club restaurant and bar area. Entertainment is provided regularly throughout the summer months.

Nerja:

Here in Nerja you have everything! Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look; the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s, wonderful tapas bars to sample authentic Spanish dishes – a truly lovely place to stay…..At night, with the starlit night sky above, and the twinkling lights of the fishing boats on the sea, and of course, the fantastic reflection of the moon on the water…..hard to describe in words, but is always more beautiful in reality…..

Extras:

Linen and towels (including beach towels) are included in the price. The apartment has a CD player and a DVD. Internet is also available with a WIFI connection. An Hairdryer is provided. The holiday apartmento also, for the cooler evenings in the winter months, has air conditioning which doubles up to heat the property.

Nerja:

Most importantly here in Nerja you have everything!  Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look. First of all the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s and fabulous tapas bars  For this reason you can sample authentic Spanish dishes and tapas. Furthermore Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.  In conclusion this holiday Apartamento is a truly a lovely place to stay…..

Secondly Nerja also has lovey whitewashed streets, and Piazzas. Therefore from this holiday Apartamento tropicana  Nerja you can take in fantastic shopping.  If you prefer, in Nerja,  you can just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants.

Other Andalucian cities within 2 hours driving:

In conclusion and most importantly from here you can visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda. All these cities are within easy reach of nerja . Also they all boast the most wonderful culture and architecture. From this 2 bedroom air Conditioned it is easy to visit the city of Malaga. In contrast, culturally, to Nerja,  Malaga city has its magnificent Cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

Golf:

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Golf. Within 15 minutes drive from this holiday apartmento tropicana is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del Sol is famous for, Bavaria Golf. see video link

Climate:

In conclusion the climate in Nerja is wonderful. It really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless. Nerja has high average winter temperatures of 10 to 18 degrees. Ideal temperatures for visiting the popular la Torrecilla Beach. Most noteworthy however, within a 70  minute drive from this holiday apartmento Tropicana  you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
