Welcome to Nueva 85 Nerja

3 bedroom nueva Nerja town house.

Nueva is an urbanization of typical Andalusian houses that is 15 minutes walk from the center of Nerja and not far from the beach of Burriana beach.

The Urbanisation is sometimes refered to as Pueblo Andaluz and is a very nice complex of small houses in the area known as ‘Nueva Nerja’ and on the same road (calle Andalucía) as the Hotel Villa Flamenca.

Furthermore there are two swimming pools within the complex.

The town centre, Balcón de Europa, is about a fifteen minute walk away from this 3 bedroom Nueva Nerja town house.

As for beaches, Burriana, Carabeo, Carabeillo, Calahonda and El Salon are all within easy reach, albeit in different directions.

There is not a multitude of bars, restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity, but there are a few.

The Hotel Villa Flamenca, which is virtually right on the doorstep, has regular entertainment, including Flamenco shows.

Although calle Andalucía (one way street) does get busy in the summer, traffic is not intense or disruptive.

Communal Swimming pools:

The 3 bedroom Nueva Nerja town house has two lovely communal swimming pools. This three bedroom house is located right in front of the main pool.

The kitchen in 3 bedroom nueva Nerja is very modern with beautiful fitted cupboards . There is an electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave oven and Kettle.

Living room:

The living room has 2 sofas a dining table and 4 chairs and a tv. Furthermore the 3 bedroom Nueva Nerja town house has patio doors leading to a lovely terrace.

Bathroom:

The bathroom in this  is very modern and most importantly has a lovely walk in shower. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor.

Bedrooms:

The first bedroom of this 3 bedroom Nueva Nerja town house is located on the mezzanine up the stairs and the other two bedrooms and the master bathroom are upstairs on the first floor.

Burriana Beach:

Burriana Beach has a Wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, diving Center. Above all there is various water activities. in the same vain On Burriana you can also hire sunbeds.

Bajamar 11 is 300 meters from the most popular beach In Nerja,

Centre of Nerja:

To clarify the center of Nerja is about a 15 minute walk from this 2 bedroom property Bajamar.

Nerja:

Here in Nerja you have everything!  Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look. First of all the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s and fabulous tapas bars  For this reason you can sample authentic Spanish dishes and tapas. Furthermore Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.  To clarify this is a truly a lovely place to stay…..

Nerja also has lovey whitewashed streets, and Piazzas. Here you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants.  In conclusion from here you can visit GranadaSevilleCordoba, and Ronda. All these cities are within easy reach of nerja . Also they all boast the most wonderful culture and architecture. From nerja it is easy to visit the city of Malaga. In contrast, culturally, to Nerja,  Malaga city has its magnificent Cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

Golf:

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Golf. Within 15 minutes drive from this 2 bedroom property bajamar, is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for, Baviera Golf.

Climate:

In conclusion the climate in Nerja is wonderful. It really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless. Nerja has high average winter temperatures of 10 to 18 degrees. Most noteworthy however, within a 70  minute drive from this 2 bedroom  property Bajamar you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

  • Additional rules information
  • DEPARTURE On departure we do not expect you to clean the property as it will be cleaned prior to the next arrival. We appreciate that the vast majority of our client always leave our properties in good order and we very much appreciate this however just as a reminder: Prior to departure we do require you to do the following: empty all used items from the fridge. Turn of all lights fans air conditioning units ect take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura. Leave the property in a tidy condition. If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival. If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it I am sorry to say that occasional properties are found in an unacceptable condition. If the property is found in such a state ie very dirty and any extra cleaning to the norm is required the owners insist that you be charged for the extra cleaning. We currently charge 13.5 Euros per hour for cleaning and this will be deducted from your damage deposit. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required at the time of paying your balance payment, this will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the property within 7 clear days of your departure.
