Acapulco Playa is a very quiet building and in a central area of Nerja. Located in front of the sea and close to restaurants, shops and beach. The building has a garden and communal pool, facing the beach “El Salón”. The beach la Torrecilla is a few meters away and the Balcony of Europe is also very close. This apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, extra toilet and a large balcony overlooking the sea.

The location of this Acapulco Playa two bedroom property is front line to the sea. The apartment is also close to many lovely restaurants, shops and services. Futhermore Torrecilla beach, one of my favorite beaches in Nerja, is only about 100 meters from this Acapulco Playa 2 bedroom apartment. Being on the ground floor we would highly recommended Acapulco Playa two bedroom apartment for people with reduced mobility.
Communal Swimming pool and Gardens:
The beautiful communal pool in this Acapulco Playa two bedroom apartment is front line overlooking the Ocean. there is also a beautiful garden area and both the gardens and pool overlook the ocean. In addition the Balcony of Europe, which can be seen from the communal garden, is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Most importantly this beautiful apartment is on the ground floor giving immediate access to the swimming pool. Most importantly As stated it is also very suitable for those people with reduced mobility.
The lounge in this two bedroom Acapulco playa property is comfortably furnished 2 couches and a matching chair chair. There is a dining table for persons. Furthermore there is a heater for the cooler winter months.
The apartment has 2 lovely bedrooms one containing a double bed and one is a twin room.
In the apartment you can also find washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave and television.
This two bedroom Acapulco playa property is on the ground floor and has a lovely spacious sun terrace where sun beds are provided. on this terrace there is also table and chairs.
The two bedroom acapulco playa property is within 100 meters of Torrecilla Beach where there are several good restaurants and a lovely children’s pay area.
Torrecilla beach can be Accessed through the beach of El Chucho by the promontory. Here there are the ruins of the torre de la Torrecilla, from where the beach takes its name. You can also access the beach, by the existing descent at the end of the c / Antonio Añejo. This is by the Paseo de la Plaza de los Cangrejos and down the descent to the beach. The beach can also be found at the southern end of of Avenida Castilla Pérez. This is a very well equipped beach and quite a sandy beach too.
The torrecilla beach was first awarded the Q badge of Tourist Quality in Beaches in 2006. It still retains this prestigious award.
Here in Nerja you have everything! Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look. First of all the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s and fabulous tapas bars. For this reason you can sample authentic Spanish dishes and tapas.
Secondly Nerja also has lovey whitewashed streets, and Piazzas. Here you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants. Finally from here you can visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda. All these cities are within easy reach of Nerja. Also they all boast the most wonderful culture and architecture. In conclusion, also from Nerja it is easy from this two bedroom acapulco playa property Nerja to visit the city of Malaga. In contrast to Nerja culturally, the city is has its magnificent Cathedral and the Picasso Museum.
Firstly Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Golf. Secondly within 20 minutes drive from the 2 bedroom acapulco playa property Nerja is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for, Baviera Golf.
In conclusion the climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless. Nerja has high average winter temperatures of 10 to 18 degrees. Most noteworthy however, within a 70 minute drive, from the apartment you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

- Additional rules information
- DEPARTURE On departure we do not expect you to clean the property as it will be cleaned prior to the next arrival. We appreciate that the vast majority of our client always leave our properties in good order and we very much appreciate this however just as a reminder: Prior to departure we do require you to do the following: empty all used items from the fridge. Turn of all lights fans air conditioning units ect take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura. Leave the property in a tidy condition. If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival. If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it I am sorry to say that occasional properties are found in an unacceptable condition. If the property is found in such a state ie very dirty and any extra cleaning to the norm is required the owners insist that you be charged for the extra cleaning. We currently charge 13.5 Euros per hour for cleaning and this will be deducted from your damage deposit. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required at the time of paying your balance payment, this will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the property within 7 clear days of your departure.
