Whilst being in the centre of town and close to everything, it is actually an elevated position on top of a small cliff. This home is on the south side of the street and so the terrace and bedrooms look directly out over the sea and the rugged and spectacular coastline. In addition and most importantly are the amazing ocean views from every terrace and window.
The Apartment Calle Carabeo 70 is the top apartment of a 2 storey converted holiday home. The Carabeo is the oldest and most popular street in Nerja. As stated the views from the apartment are simply breathtaking but also the ambience is enhanced by the sound of the waves breaking on Carabeo Beach below. The Apartment Calle Carabeo is accessed by a flight of steps.
The front door of apartment Calle Carabeo is in Carabeo street and then a wide spiral staircase leads you to the accommodation.
The Apartment Calle Carabeo has been beautifully refurbished and comprises a good size lounge with leather suite, ceiling fan and Spanish satellite TV which also offers a selection of other European channels. It is a beautiful holiday home.
The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine kettle and toaster.
There are Two bedrooms in the Apartment Calle Carabeo. The master bedroom has views over the street and also amazing ocean views. There is a Double bedroom with a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has twin beds and a also a ceiling fan.
There is a good size modern walk in shower.
In this apartment Calle Carabeo there is a very spacious lounge with a settee and chair and a dining table and four chairs. Free Wifi is available in the apartment.
From the lounge patio doors lead to a good size terrace with dining table and chairs and wonderful views of the sea, the mountains and the beach below.
A further wide spiral staircase leads from the lounge to the roof terrace with further table and chairs, sunbeds and 360º views taking in the town of Nerja. The roof terrace on this lovely apartment Calle Carabeo also has amazing ocean views.

Here in Nerja you have everything! Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look. First of all the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s and fabulous tapas bars For this reason you can sample authentic Spanish dishes and tapas. Secondly Nerja also has lovey whitewashed streets, and Piazzas. Here you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants. Finally from this three bedroomed apartment Carabeo you can visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda. All these cities are within easy reach of nerja . Also they all boast the most wonderful culture and architecture. From nerja it is easy to visit the city of Malaga. In contrast to Nerja the city is beautiful because of its magnificent Cathedral and the Picasso Museum. Furthermore Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.
In conclusion the climate in Nerja is wonderful. It really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless. Nerja has high average winter temperatures of 10 to 18 degrees. Most noteworthy however, within a 70 minute drive from this apartment Carabeo you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

- Additional rules information
- • DEPARTURE On departure we do not expect you to clean the property as it will be cleaned prior to the next arrival. We appreciate that the vast majority of our client always leave our properties in good order and we very much appreciate this however just as a reminder: Prior to departure we do require you to do the following: empty all used items from the fridge. Turn of all lights fans air conditioning units ect take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura. Leave the property in a tidy condition. If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival. If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it I am sorry to say that occasional properties are found in an unacceptable condition. If the property is found in such a state ie very dirty and any extra cleaning to the norm is required the owners insist that you be charged for the extra cleaning. We currently charge 13.5 Euros per hour for cleaning and this will be deducted from your damage deposit. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required at the time of paying your balance payment, this will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the property within 7 clear days of your departure.*** Note if the booking is for less than 7 days there is a cleaning fee of 80 Euros***
