This Holiday Villa is an ideal family accommodation for 6 persons, with possibility for up to 8 persons. It is located within 600 meters from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches and Restaurants that Nerja has on offer.The Villa has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard.This beautiful air-conditioned moorish style 3-bedroom villa is on the wonderful and quiet Casablanca urbanization. The accommodation is on three levels with large south facing terraces, for dining, BBQ and relaxing. This beautiful Villa also benefits from a large roof terrace with a lounge sofa and sunbeds. The 360-degree panoramic view of the sea and mountains is astonishing.
The villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a short or long term stay including winecooler, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and electric cooker. The villa has a large living room with a dining area and relax area with log burner and satellite TV and free WiFi.
In addition, the villa boasts three bedrooms and two tiled bathrooms. (Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedroom 3 has 2 sofa beds, each expandable to queen size.) Bedroom 1 has its own private terrace with sunbeds.
For guests with small children the villa is equipped with a high chair.The urbanization has a beautiful and well-maintained community pool only 50 metres from the Villa. This pool, open from May to October, is solely for the residents of this small urbanization and is therefore never crowded.
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with washing machine. If you hire a car, parking is available right outside the property. Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.
Nerja has a wonderful climate all year round. Actually – It is the best in Europe with a unique microclimate. On average, Nerja can expect about 300 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with pleasant summer days as well as high average winter temperatures. Yet, in wintertime, it´s only a 90-minute drive to the excellent Sierra Nevada Ski area.
The villa overlooks the Playza beach which is only approx. 600 meters away where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of the Spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino.Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20-minute stroll along the water edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa del Sol sun.
Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world-famous Balcon de Europa.Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes’ drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Bavaria
About one and a half hours drive away is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace, well worth a visit.Just 5km away is the old whitewashed mountain village of Frigiliana, a great place to walk amidst a national monument and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes whilst enjoying views over the mountains down to Nerja and the sea.Nerja has activities for all times of the year. The seven beaches, ranging from small quiet coves to larger ones with family restaurants. These have provision for fun activities including pedalos, windsurfing, paragliding and scuba diving. There are tennis courts, paddle, petanque courts, and an indoor swimming pool and sports centre, all open to the public. Nerja also boasts a theatre and cinema featuring entertainment in both English and Spanish languages. About 20 minutes’ drive away is an Aqua Park open during summer months. Nerja and other surrounding villages have several fiestas during the year, most culminating in a colourful display of flamenco dancing in the street or one of the old village squares.
The bus into town only takes a few minutes and stops within close proximity of the property. Taxis into town cost about 9 Euros.

- If you withdraw from the contract, we will invoice you the following cancellation charges: 43 days or more before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental 42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental 28 to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental 20 days or less before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental The relevant date is the date of receipt of your notification (cancellation) which needs to be sent to [email protected] It is recommended that the traveling party takes out travel insurance.
- Additional rules information
- DEPARTURE On departure we do not expect you to clean the property as it will be cleaned prior to the next arrival. We appreciate that the vast majority of our client always leave our properties in good order and we very much appreciate this however just as a reminder: Prior to departure we do require you to do the following: empty all used items from the fridge. Turn of all lights fans air conditioning units ect take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura. Leave the property in a tidy condition. If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival. If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it I am sorry to say that occasional properties are found in an unacceptable condition. If the property is found in such a state ie very dirty and any extra cleaning to the norm is required the owners insist that you be charged for the extra cleaning. We currently charge 13.5 Euros per hour for cleaning and this will be deducted from your damage deposit. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required at the time of paying your balance payment, this will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the property within 7 clear days of your departure.

Casa Andante is everything and more, the pictures actually don’t do it justice,. We arrived very late in the evening, after 11 pm local time and we were met by Joe who quickly got us to the villa and briefly showed us around, he appreciated that we were all very tired and wanted to get straight to sleep. The villa comfortably accommodated our family party of 5 adults, The ground floor living space is absolutely perfect and well equipped for everything a family requires, we basically wanted for nothing. The terrace leading from the living space was fantastic and we spent many evenings sitting on the terrace with candles and lovely wine. The roof terrace was fantastic, well equipped with sun loungers and rattan table, chairs and benches, perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying a drink in the evening with candles. The views were spectacular!!!!! For beach lovers, its approx 15mins pleasant walk to the beach where you can find plenty of chiringuitos, MARO do a delicious red wine which we highly recommend and fantastic seafood. The centre of Nerja is 1/2 hour walk from the urbanization which takes you to the top of the town at the Supersol. There is a regular bus service which runs from the main road at the bottom of the urbanization and only costs 1.5 euro to quickly take you into the bus station at the top of Nerja. Or a taxi to anywhere in town is ten euro including tip. In the urbanization there are a few restaurants, in particular, we highly recommend Club OASIS, lovely menu, great hospitality and if you are a dog lover, they have a small pack of beautiful dogs who add to the charm of the place. Casa Andante is a delightful place for a holiday, the only thing we would perhaps point out is that the location may not be best suited to those travellers with trouble with walking or for families with babies/very young children due to the steep hill and the steps. For us, Casa Andante was perfect, we had a wonderful trip and we look forward to our next stay at Casa Andante, thank you, Jean and Joe.
