There is an independent access to the Ground floor apartment, being the main door of the apartment by Torrox street.
It is located on the ground floor in front of the pool of the building which can be accessed directly from the terrace.
Being on the ground floor it is ideal for people with disability issues, as it also has a walk in shower in the bathroom and also there are no steps to negotiate.

The Ground floor apartment has a double bedrooms and a twin room. Both bedrooms have modern wardrobes and bedside tables.

Also the ground floor apartment has a very modern well equipped kitchen. In addition the kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 chairs.
Lounge:
The lounge is nicely furnished with a 2 leather sofas a dining table and four chairs. the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment has patio doors which open up to a small terrace with a further table and four chairs.

Location:
The building is just a few minutes’ walk from the carabeillo beach and less than 10 minutes from the Balcony of Europe.
Carabeillo beach is sandwiched between Carabeo and Burriana beaches at the eastern end of Nerja.
Access to the beach is either via some very steep steps, not suitable for anyone with mobility problems, or by walking along the sand from Burriana beach, a bit further along. It is 117 steps from the top to the actual sand.
This is a nice sandy beach, relatively quiet due to the slightly difficult access and a great place if you want to get away from the crowds and hustle-bustle.
Burriana Beach:
Burriana Beach, the most popular playa in Nerja, has a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars and diving Center. Above all there is various water activities. In the same vain on Burriana you can also hire sunbeds.
In addition you can of course access Burriana beach directly from Carabeillo beach by walking along the sand.
Centre of Nerja:
Certainly to clarify the center of Nerja is about a 15 minute walk from Ground floor apartment. In addition you can of course access Burriana beach directly from Carabeillo beach by walking along the sand.
Nerja:
Also here in Nerja you have everything! Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look. First of all the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s and fabulous tapas bars Consequently for this reason you can sample authentic Spanish dishes and tapas. Secondly Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.

To clarify this is a truly a lovely place to stay…..
Finally Nerja also has lovey whitewashed streets, and Piazzas. In conclusion here you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants.
Other Andalucian cities within 2 hours driving:
In conclusion and most importantly from this Ground floor apartment you can visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda. All these cities are within easy reach of Nerja . Also they all boast the most wonderful culture and architecture. From Nerja it is easy to visit the city of Malaga.

In contrast, culturally, to Nerja, Malaga city has its magnificent Cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

The climate in Nerja is wonderful. It really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless. Nerja has high average winter temperatures of 10 to 18 degrees. Ideal temperatures for visiting the popular playa of Burriana and having a beach day. Most noteworthy however, within a 70 minute drive from this New luxury apartment Burriana you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
In conclusion the New luxury apartment is close to Burriana playa and about 15 minutes from the center. The complex has a common area and the pool in use all year round.

- Additional rules information
- DEPARTURE On departure we do not expect you to clean the property as it will be cleaned prior to the next arrival. We appreciate that the vast majority of our client always leave our properties in good order and we very much appreciate this however just as a reminder: Prior to departure we do require you to do the following: empty all used items from the fridge. Turn of all lights fans air conditioning units ect take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura. Leave the property in a tidy condition. If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival. If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it I am sorry to say that occasional properties are found in an unacceptable condition. If the property is found in such a state ie very dirty and any extra cleaning to the norm is required the owners insist that you be charged for the extra cleaning. We currently charge 13.5 Euros per hour for cleaning and this will be deducted from your damage deposit. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required at the time of paying your balance payment, this will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the property within 7 clear days of your departure.
