On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC (private). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Nueva Andalucia: Beautiful, comfortable terraced house “Aloha Pueblo”, 2 storeys. 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. For shared use: park, garden with lawn, swimming pool heated (01.04.-30.10.). Shower/WC in the pool area, communal covered parking. Shopping centre 3 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, sandy beach “Puerto Banús” 3.3 km. Sports harbour 3.3 km, golf course (18 hole) 300 m. 24hr guard. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The pool is heated from the week before Easter until November 1 aprox., except for the hottest months.

Location Description
General info
Well-known, famous, busy resort, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 60 km south from Málaga, 80 km north-east from Algeciras. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Interesting old town, full of narrow alleyways and open air restaurants. Puerto Banus, which has become a centre of the International Jet Set. Interesting to visit: Playa de Nagüeles, Puente Romano, Rio Verde, Playa de Los Monteros, Don Carlos and las Chapas.

Sandy beach, 28 km long. Outdoor swimming pool. Sports harbour Puerto Banús. Diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing. Tennis, squash, golf course. Minigolf. Leisure park “Tívoli World” 40 km.
