Hence the property is quite big at 150 square meters.  This beautiful villa is in the resort Rincon De La Victoria and it is only 800 meters from the center. Zurbaron is situated in a quiet, sunny position only 300 meters from the sea. for that reason it enjoys lovely sea breezes

The house is in a south-east facing position. Hence it gets the sun most of the day. Furthermore Zurbaran is very private. There is a lawned garden area of 470 square meters. Hence It is very spacious. The Villa was fully renovated in 2016. Zurbaran and has very beautiful and modern furnishings. Also the living/dining room has an  open-hearth fireplace and TV.

• Futhemore the kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates. There is also a microwave oven and a fridge freezer

 Terraces: 

• There is a large terrace 44 square metres with a south facing position.
• Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (sunbeds). The Villa also has a covered balcony.
• Above all there is also very beautiful views of the sea. The Villa has  Garden furniture.

• It is worthy of note the TV only has Spanish channels.

Swimming Pool: 

• The swimming pool is kidney shaped (8 x 3 m, and is open all year round).  It is a salt water hence it is a very hygienic pool

Area Rincon De la Victoria:

Rincon de La Victoria is an ideal family-friendly village in the southern part of the region. It is a coastal town in a convenient position, 12 kilometers east from Málaga. Further more it is 80 kilometers east from Marbella. and 40 kilometers west of Nerja.

Shopping:

• In the resort there is a shopping centre, supermarket, shops, grocery, butchers, bakers, and boutiques.

Entertainment:

There are many restaurant, bars, night clubs,  There is also a Cinema and other evening entertainment.

Other Facilties:

There is an Indoor aquatic centre, a wellness centre, afitness centre. Also there are places for a massage. simirlay there are doctors and Pharmacies.

Furthermore Rincon De La Victoria has a large wide beach of grey sand and a lovely sea front with many bars.

We would recommend a visit to the Casa Fuerte de Banzmiliana This is probably one of the best exhibitions of the military architecture of the 18th century anywhere. Also furthemore there is the Cueva del Tesoro or the Higueron. Here you can really appreciate the history of the town. In this place  you can  admire one of the most unique caves made by the sea situated anywhere in the world. Furthemore you can play golf in a local wonderful course “Anoreta Golf”.

Beach:

Rincon De La Vicoria has probably got the best Sandy beach in the area. The beach is 2 kilometers long and on occasions up to 50 metres  wide. Most noteworthy the town has also got a lovely Outdoor swimming pool. Similarly there is also a Waterpark “Aquavelis” in  Torre Del mar 16 kilometers away. For that reason if you prefer something more local you can also play tennis. Furthemore as previously stated you can play golf  at the 18n hole course Añoreta, which is only 3 kilometers away. Also there is another golf course in 18 to 20 kilometers away Anoreta . Finally if you like to ride bicycles, there are also places to hire them
