This Luxury 4 bedroom Villa is Situated in a pretty tranquil white washed Moorish village only 200 metres from the beach. It is only a 4 minute easy walk to Playazo beach which still retains much of its original character, bordered by farming land, a few boat yards and “Chiringitos“. Paella is served on the beach at 2:00pm daily. The picturesque old town of Nerja is only 2 km away and 5 minutes by bus or car.
Furthermore there is easy access to this Luxury 4 bedroom Villa (no steps) which is via a security gate at ground floor level, leading into the hallway. Most importantly the villa has a fully fitted kitchen including dish washer, a large lounge with dining area and fireplace. The lounge has two large patio doors leading on to an open sunny spacious pool terrace. The views from the terrace are truly amazing. There is also a double bedroom at this level with en-suite bathroom. This Luxury 4 bedroom Villa is therefore suitable for the elderly or those who have difficulties with stairs.
Upstairs there is 1 double and 1 twin bedroom each with en-suite shower/bathrooms and large balconies with panoramic views towards the mountains, sea and Nerja. Downstairs there is a large twin bedroom with own shower/bathroom which also includes 2 fold down put me up single beds.. Furthermore there is a games room with table tennis table and darts board (supply own darts). The villa has a laundry room with a second large fridge. Finally the Villa has a private garage.
Terrace overlooking the ocean:
Firstly this south facing terrace has amazing views and a large swimming pool (with under water lighting) which is very private and not overlooked. Secondly the lounge/dining room is very open and spacious with patio doors lead to the afore mentioned open terrace. This spacious terrace has a full range of quality patio furniture including 6 sun beds and a large stone BBQ. Finally and most importantly the panoramic views from the pool terrace and balconies are absolutely magnificent and truly unbeatable.
Most importantly are the famous Nerja Caves which are close by. Above all this is one of Spains finest tourist attractions. Firstly just over 1 hours drive from this Luxury 4 bedroom Villa is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace. Entrance tickets can be obtained on the internet. Secondly Seville and Cordoba are just about a 2 hours drive away.
Finally Frigiliana, an old white washed mountain village is only 5k away where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery or walk and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes.
In conclusion and to sum up Nerja has activities for all times of the year. There are many beautiful beaches dotted around Nerja’s coastline providing fun activities including most water sports.

Turn of all lights fans air conditioning units ect take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura. Leave the property in a tidy condition. If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival. If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it I am sorry to say that occasional properties are found in an unacceptable condition. If the property is found in such a state ie very dirty and any extra cleaning to the norm is required the owners insist that you be charged for the extra cleaning. We currently charge 13.5 Euros per hour for cleaning and this will be deducted from your damage deposit. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required at the time of paying your balance payment, this will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the property within 7 clear days of your departure.
