Welcome to Plaza cadiz 11 a beautiful Self Catering Villa overlooking the sea. Plaza cadiz 11, is on  Punta Lara, a really lovely  urbanisation. Firstly this Villa has a fabulous community Pool.  Secondly this now fabulous villa has just been subject to a refurbishment.  Most importantly the Villa has a wonderful roof terrace. Where consequently the views  are truly amazing. They just have to be seen to believed….

Location:

First of all this Self catering villa, is situated on Punta Lara Urbanisation. For that reason it is some 600 meters from Playazo beach. This beach is within walking distance of all the other  lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. Punta Lara is approximately 2 kilometers west of Nerja. Secondly It is only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Finally it is  within 200 meters of a lovely a communal pool, a bar and 2  restaurants, that cater for the whole family. Plaza cadiz 11 is also fully air conditioning.
From Playa Playazo you can go for a stroll and along the beach you will discover a number of chiringuitos. Most importantly you can sample the delights of Spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge, whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.

Bedrooms:

  • This is a typical Spanish house. It comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one room with a double and a single beds. Consequently Plaza Cadiz 11 can accommodates 5 people

Bathrooms:

  • One full bathroom with shower WC and washbasin on the ground floor.
  • One full bathroom with bath WC and washbasin on the first floor. The washing machine is situated in this bathroom.

Lounge / dining room / open plan kitchen:

  • Plaza cadiz 11 has a comfortable open plan lounge / dining room with sofa and easy chair dining table and chairs.
  • The kitchen has dishwasher, oven and hot plates, fridge freezer and coffee machine.

 

Terraces:

The villa also has a fantastic roof terrace which covers the full extent of the property. Consequently there is enough room for  sunbeds and a modern brick built BBQ.  Secondly the roof terrace has a  Toldo (sunshade) and a dining table and chairs. This makes the roof terrace an ideal location for Al Fresco dining whilst enjoying such an amazing view.

Swimming Pool:

Plaza cadiz 11 has a large Communal pool. This is comparable to any swimming pool in Nerja. It is only accessible to residents and their guests. Furthermore the community pool also has a children’s pool. A lifeguard is present during opening times. Normal opening times are between Easter and September. You can see the swimming pool from the roof terrace of the apartment.

  • The Villa has now got a free fibre optic  60 MB WIFI internet connection.
  • Tv system with all free english channels and most other international channels

Beach:

The nearest beach to Plaza Cadix 11 which you can see from the roof terrace is Playa Playaza. Take a stroll along this beach and discover a number of chiringuitos. Sample the delights of Spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20-minute stroll along the water’s edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.

The villa is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach. On the beach here are restaurants water sports and a gift shop. Most importantly the beach is illuminated at night, this makes it safe walking home to the Villa in the dark. From plaza Cadiz roof terrace the views of the moon on the water and the reflections are fabulous.

Nerja

Here in Nerja you have everything!  Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look. First of all the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s and fabulous tapas bars  Here you can sample authentic Spanish dishes and tapas. Many of the properties here have a roof terrace. This is a truly a lovely place to stay…..

Nerja also has lovey whitewashed streets, and Piazzas. Here you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants.  Furthermore from here you can visit GranadaSevilleCordoba, and Ronda. They all are within easy reach. Also they all boast the most wonderful culture and architecture. Finally from here, it is easy to visit the city of Malaga. In contrast to Nerja the city  is beautiful because of its magnificent Cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe

Golf:

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Golf. Hence within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for, Baviera Golf.
Climate:
The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless. Most noteworthy Nerja has high average winter temperatures of 10 to 18 degrees. On the other hand within a 70  minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

It is recommended that the traveling party takes out travel insurance.
  • Additional rules information
  • DEPARTURE On departure we do not expect you to clean the property as it will be cleaned prior to the next arrival. We appreciate that the vast majority of our client always leave our properties in good order and we very much appreciate this however just as a reminder: Prior to departure we do require you to do the following: empty all used items from the fridge. Turn of all lights fans air conditioning units ect take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura. Leave the property in a tidy condition. If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival. If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it I am sorry to say that occasional properties are found in an unacceptable condition. If the property is found in such a state ie very dirty and any extra cleaning to the norm is required the owners insist that you be charged for the extra cleaning. We currently charge 13.5 Euros per hour for cleaning and this will be deducted from your damage deposit. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required at the time of paying your balance payment, this will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the property within 7 clear days of your departure.
