Villa Casablanca urbanization Nerja. This 2 bedroom Holiday Villa Nerja has a fabulous community Pool and Gardens. Casablanca 25 is ideal for family accommodation for up to 6 persons (with sofa bed in lounge) at a low budget and affordable price. furthermore this self catering holiday Villa on urbanization Casablanca is within 600 metres from Playazo beach and it is also within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has to offer.

Climate:

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90-minute drive, you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

Lay Out:

This beautiful Moorish style villa is on the wonderful Casablanca urbanisation Punta Lara, Nerja, Costa Del Sol. Most importantly the accommodation is on 3 levels with a roof terrace on 2 separate levels. It also has a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay including fridge /freezer, microwave and electric cooker.

Bedrooms:

In addition, the villa benefits from two bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and its own balcony and one with a separate shower room.

Sitting room:

The villa also has a large sitting room/dining area. Most importantly this equipped with satellite TV that gives of all the English channels. Above all the sitting room is furnished with a comfortable settee. It also has a lovely modern dining table and four chairs. There is a lovely sofa bed that can sleep a further 2 persons

Terraces:

Guests can choose to relax and soak up the sun on the large ground floor garden terrace, the first-floor south-facing terrace or the roof terrace which enjoys 360 degree panoramic and stunning views of the surrounding sea and mountains. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.

Community Pool Casablanca:

The villa has a Fabulous community pool 50 yards away which is solely for the residents on this small urbanisation and is therefore never crowded open from May to October. The community pool is comparable to any other pool in Nerja with beautiful views of the sea and mountain range

All linen and towels (except beach towels) are also provided and the villa is equipped with washing machine, iron and log burning fire, for the cooler evenings in the winter months.

Air conditioning which doubles up as heating for the cooler winter nights is provided.

Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.

Parking:

As stated the villa is 600mtrs from Playa Playazo which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of the Spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20-minute stroll along the water’s edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.

Nerja:

Furthermore here in Nerja you have everything!  Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look. First of all the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s and fabulous tapas bars  For this reason you can sample authentic Spanish dishes and tapas. Secondly Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.

To clarify this is a truly a lovely place to stay…..

Finally Nerja also has lovey whitewashed streets, and Piazzas. In conclusion here you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants.

Other Andalucian cities within 2 hours driving:

In conclusion and most importantly from this 2 bedroom holiday Villa you can visit Granada,  Seville,  Cordoba,  and Ronda. All these cities are within easy reach of nerja . Also they all boast the most wonderful culture and architecture. From nerja it is easy to visit the city of Malaga.

Golf:

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Golf. Within 15 minutes drive from Casablanca urbanization , is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for, Baviera Golf. see video link

  • Additional rules information
  • DEPARTURE On departure we do not expect you to clean the property as it will be cleaned prior to the next arrival. We appreciate that the vast majority of our client always leave our properties in good order and we very much appreciate this however just as a reminder: Prior to departure we do require you to do the following: empty all used items from the fridge. Turn of all lights fans air conditioning units ect take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura. Leave the property in a tidy condition. If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival. If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it I am sorry to say that occasional properties are found in an unacceptable condition. If the property is found in such a state ie very dirty and any extra cleaning to the norm is required the owners insist that you be charged for the extra cleaning. We currently charge 13.5 Euros per hour for cleaning and this will be deducted from your damage deposit. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required at the time of paying your balance payment, this will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the property within 7 clear days of your departure.
